Our Crypto Trading Desk provides liquidity across spot and derivatives markets to a wide range of institutional clients, including hedge funds, banks, trading firms, ECNs, and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Office trading role on the Crypto Desk (Spot and Derivatives).
- Monitor and manage electronic trading activity.
- Provide OTC pricing on Spot and Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs).
- Execute block trades on listed crypto derivatives.
- Strategize and implement trading ideas to grow P&L.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Risk, and Technology.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Actively contribute to risk management processes and escalate risk events as needed.
- Uphold Marex’s Code of Conduct and lead by example in professionalism and
integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital asset markets.
- Deep understanding of crypto derivatives and electronic trading.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience working in a regulated financial environment.
- Strong knowledge of market structure, liquidity dynamics, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Highly motivated, revenue-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
